Hey There Ladies! So I don't know how many of you, like me, have a TERRIBLE time drinking as much water as you should. I know all of the amazing benefits you get from drinking at least 64 oz/day, but I just can't seem to do it. I've tried before, but failed, so, I figured I'd start a challenge. By the end of the month (29 days from now) my goal is to be drinking 64 oz of water a day. Here's how I'm planning on working it:
Week 1- 16 oz /day (i chose this not only because it multiplies right but that's the size of the water bottle i have hehe)
Week 2- 32 oz /day
Week 3- 48 oz /day
Week 4- 64 oz/day
I know we reach 64 before the month is up, but if we do it for a full week then it will be habit by the end of the month, not just a one time thing. If you're interested, copy the tracker I have in my next post and get to drinking with me
