Since I didn't meet last months goal I will continue it to this month. My August goal is to be at or below 190. I will add that I would like to start doing yoga at least four days per week. Good luck in August everyone!

Alright, I'm here finally. I've gone back and forth with myself over this month's goals. I hav updated my ticker as of today's weight. Obviously the birthday and anniversary celebrations coupled with a couple days at my parents' showing little to no restraint have cost me some progress. I have actually eaten my way back into the "overweight" category. So sad.
So, here I am to recommit to a more disciplined lifestyle. I've actually made some progress that is encouraging, so on to better things this month.
My goals for August:
1. Track my food
2. Fit comfortably into my clothes
lol. It took me a while to find this thread... but I'm here and hoping to make better progress this month. I think I put my goal at 215 lbs, decided I've been shooting too high....I wish I could say onederland...but not been moving well enough to get there as planned months ago. Anywho, here I am.
I'm on a fruit juice detox type thing right now, figuring I need a cleanout after this sudden gain I've seen....we will see if it matters (I chose fruit puree technically....with half servings of veggies and other stuff too).
Hiya Chicklets, thankfully the weight I gained over the weekend is already starting to come back off. I weighed in at 158.4, down .8 from yesterday. I got in a good workout today and hope to see more loss tomorrow. Good luck everyone.
MsP: climb back on this wagon, lady. I'll give you a leg up and help you buckle your seat belt. Maybe you should put on your swimsuit so you remember why you worked so hard! lol. You know if you get back down to your low weight for this marathon it will be a lot easier for you (and on your body). You did it before, you can do it again!
Checking in. Yesterday was okay, not great, but I can't really think of anything that was really bad either. Except I had a little too much at dinner, but I also skipped the frozen yogurt I'd planned to have. Lost track of calories though.
I'm sooooooo sore from exercising Sunday that I can barely walk (and trying to sit down gracefully is an adventure xD). I'm a little better than I was last night, hopefully as the day wears on it'll fade. I'm not sure what exercise I'm going to do today, I guess it depends on how I feel by this afternoon.
