I just found this thread and I would love to keep tack of my goal! My goal right now is to walk an average of 10,000 steps a day and 5 days of weights (started on 8/6.)

In case you didn't catch it in the weight loss thread, I'm on improvised exercise now due to leg injury and chiro's orders. So, my goal will be tweaked to exchange elliptical or swimming for some running days.

Yep, too busy on the weekend to post, but I'm hoping that'll get better as the year goes on. I've been doing more extensive gardening/landscaping/yardwork on my "Rest days", so I'm certainly burning good calories...just need to take in less!

Goals are the mile markers of the journey.
My goal is to do at least 3 and half days a week:carrot:. It is so hard to get out of this rut. I really need to work out five days to reach my goal but I need to figure out a way to make myself love exercising. Or at least figure out a plan to ease back into physical activity. I lost some weight and then hit a plateau and sorta just gave up for lack of a better word. Now Im climbing out of this hole and it a little hard and I don't want ot make excuses.

Only made it 9 miles on my long run day. Still having knee issues. Saw a Physical Therapist yesterday and have some exercises to try, so here's hoping and praying it makes the difference!
