i was attempting this challenge behind the scenes and wasn't able to do it in 10 days...I lost about 2 lbs instead of 5...but its great to see fivestone has made it! :)

I know a lot of people don't believe in that, but it works for me, and I manage to stay toned and not be "flabby thin" either. I have, obviously, had a problem with maintaining. So I will definitely be checking into 3FC a lot when I'm ready to maintain, because obviously there are some very successful maintainers here! |
