WOW! I am down to 244 this morning. I think I am shedding tons of water weight from my TOM, but it's still nice to see the numbers on the scale go down.

Kiwicakes, sorry about the binge :hug: But this is a journey and sometimes it has ups and sometimes it has downs. The important part is what you do after a little slip-up and that is to keep on trucking! Keeping yourself down is a guaranteed way to not reach your goals(I hate the word fail). I know you can do it!!!!
