I fell short of the exercise on my WEED yesterday. I am doing well with the eating though and that has been a larger issue for me.

Today's WEED -

W - 64 oz.
E - 1 mile
E - 1200 - 1400 calories
D - groom the dog who is way overdue

Well I've clearly been missing for a while. It is the end of the school year, tons of things to do outside, not enough time for anything. This is the time of year I can't wait for school to be done so I can focus on stuff around home.

Still sticking to my newest workout schedule. Didn't get as much running in during this week as i wanted. I'll try and make up for it this weekend. I am also going to eat 1600 calories every single day for a month and see if that does anything. I am fearing a weight gain, but we shall see. Everything I am reading lately tells me to eat more.

I've been so tired and cranky and just run down for the past 6 weeks. I thought that it was because the dang scale was up and nothing I tried is working. But I was talking with nana and she told me how pale I was looking lately and she wanted me to go to the doc and check if I was anemic. Turns out I am. So its iron supplements for me. I hope my energy level comes back.

Week 5: 167 (this is really frustating)
Week 6: 166

W - 64 oz. Perfect
E - wrkout 30 mins to 1 hr a day Been sick this wk so I have 2 take time off
E - keep w/ the calorie cycling okay
D - don't eat late b4 bed not bad

jeni.. im glad your okay.. the older generation are wise.. my gma and gpa is always giving me advise and it usually works. hope you start feeling 100 percent soon..

As for me i have finally got myself on tract. i did a lot of soul searching and went back to earlier food journals and exercise logs and studyed what helped me drop the pounds .. so now im feeling refreshed and determined to make my goal by the end of this month.. im also working out again on my wii fit plus.. and i must say it was a battle to start it again. im out of practice according to my wii ive been away for 37 days..blush.. lets do this ladies we have a 10 days left..

hope you all have an awesome weekend enjoy it . i will be at work..

Hi Tiara!

I'm feeling terribly guilty right now. I fell asleep last night at like 6. I needed it, but I still feel guilty.

I joined our work challenge. Its an activity challenge, so it will be nice. It starts on Monday. My group needs to committ to 2010 minutes of exercise in 4 weeks. No prob.
