Sorry for not posting. I was at my parents' for a couple days then sick for a couple days, so not much to report unfortunately....still not feeling great.

My May Exercise:
5/1: 4 hours golf (18 holes)
5/2: Rest day (travel)
5/3: Rest day
5/4: 80 min softball, 25 min run
5/5: Rest day
5/6: 35 min run
5/7: Rest day
5/8: 65 min run
5/9: 4 hours golf (walked 18 hilly holes!)
5/10: 2.5 hours gardening, landscpaing
5/11: 35 min run
5/12: 35 min run
5/13: 25 min run
5/14: Rest day (Garage sale)
5/15: Rest day (Garage sale)
5/16: Rest day (Flu)
5/17: Rest day (Flu), 1 hour gardening...shoulda just rested!!
