Congrats MOM24 on getting your Ticker. What does the QTS stand for? Not Quintuplets I hope. How old are they? Amazing weight loss since March as well. Way to go girl. And way to go girls!! Topsy, Hopeful, Tinz, Zoochick, Echo, xocessy, girlie, Incontrol, Taurie, Lucid, iimw, nemaaa, xooma, VikieLou and even those of you who haven't posted in a while...You are amzing chicks I am impressed by all the weight loss. Keep up the positive momentum.

May 17 174 What is it about weekends??? Yes, I had two glasses of champagne and was 600 calories over on Saturday for our anniversary...planned, but 4 lbs?? I know, I feel bloated so it is just water and should come off by Wednesday. Sort of glad I am weighing daily, cause if I wasn't I would just see the start weight of 172.5, then last Monday 173.5 and now 174! Take Care All

Thank you so much. And that was after having 4 babies (am not eligible for a signature yet to explain that).....just wish I could have stayed there.

But this time I have all you.....I hope we weigh in here daily forever, this helps so much.

I am bored of food too......chicken, salad, broccoli, sugar free jello, crystal light, protein bars/shakes......it's been 3 months off carbs now.......I could sooo go for pizza.....but I won't, not until July. Thinking 15 pounds may have been ambitious, hoping to weigh 150 by the end of the month. Have a fantastic weekend!!!

Guess what...I am sooo having a pizza for lunch. It is in the toaster oven right now. I call it my crustless pizza. On parchment paper I put a handful of spinach as the base, then onions, tomato, olives, mushrooms, chilies, or whatever else I have on hand, then top with 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp of parmesan and 30 grams of light feta...just over 200 calories, filling and delicious!

Sounds delicious........yummy.


Should have eaten that instead of what I did today...took my kids to the movies, had regular pop & buttered popcorn followed by a cheeseburger happy meal!!!!

All this after running 5k at the gym this morning followed by 30 minutes of weights thinking I was going to see 157 tomorrow...I had such ridiculous carb cravings, I couldn't help myself. I haven't eaten a white flour carb in 3 MONTHS. As long as I get back on track tomorrow I am not going to beat myself up over it.....

" I have fallen and I can't get up!" But I know I will tommorrow. Bad weekend calorie wise but great weekend as a mother and a self - indulgent human. Next weekend will probably not be much better as we will celebrate 28 years of no regrets blissful marriage...can't ask fo more! I know I will overcome this weight issue, baby step at a time. Hope you all enjoyed this special weekend. Yes, even you guys (Bibbob) 'cause raising children is a family and community affair!

Mom 24 don't beat yourself up ... You are doing great!

Hello everyone,

My sister told me about this site, and thread. I'm hoping it'll help to post my weight here. Not sure, though. It seems to work for the W. W. chicks I know, but....Well, might as well jump right in! I've gained a few pounds since the weekend, so now is the time to get serious. I'd like to see a significant improvement by the beginning of September, because my band has a big gig then.
