I am expecting a wooooshhhh any day now. According to my GWF I have had a total calorie deficit of over 13,000 in the last two weeks and have only lost about 1.5 lbs (was 2.5, but I'm up one, again). 13,000 calories gone should be almost 4 lbs gone.
