Let's go ladies/gents. It's time for a new challenge. Post your starting weight (SW), current weight (CW) and goal weight (GW). Post as often as you'd like. The first person to reach their 5 LB Goal Weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 LB Challenge. Good Luck Everyone!

I can't believe that my new 5LB goal weight is actually in the 160's. I can't remember weighing in the 160's since about 10 years ago when I was in the Army. I really really don't know what I'd do without this message-board and all you wonderful ladies/gents.

Gw 151.8(IN Just a little over 17 months~OMG Just 1 pound from my original main goal of 150 is my 5 pound goal number~OMG! I may go as low as 135 on weight loss or just stick with the 150 when I reach it~aint made up my mind yet~ANYWAYS OMG!)

Yay! I'll join in! Haven't been around much since I lost the weight for my wedding a year and a half ago, and now I'm losing baby weight!!

Thank you everyone. I really appreciate all the compliments. These challenges really keep me motivated and keep me going. They're not too long and not too short, they're just the right amount of time to keep me interested.

LB~SO HAPPY FOR U!! I can not make up my mind on my actual goal yet~anywhere from 135 to my original goal of 150 ~I am thinking 135 though As u are aiming for....Just seems perfect to me~for some reason~LOL ~But I will have to see~I am wearing 7's & 6's & some 4's so I wonder if That would be to much? I wanna look super hot though & you got that going on in your avatar pic & mine is just so so still~LOL ! I am just excited I am so close to maintaining~I BET YOU ARE TOO!! p.s. What size are you in ~in your avatar pic if ya do not mind me asking?U look amazing! I am a darn apple shape so My tummy is where I need to lose~UGH! other than that I am completely happy.~I WANNA NICE TUMMY LIKE YOURS~LOL~ HUGS!

I don't know about you cherbear, but I had a terrible diet when I was enlisted. Burger King, pizza, ramen, mac n cheese, and chow hall food...top all that w/at least a few beers a day and waaaaaaaay to many every Friday night and I still was never worried about gaining weight.

I just hate getting older and having my metabolism slow down.

Gained some weight cause i did not hit the gym at all last week and made plenty bad food choices so i plan to be at 174 relatively quickly by hitting the gym this whole week. Maybe it was the alcohol i had over the weekend thats sitting in my belly lol

Last year, I lost 60 pounds, then I started a binge that lasted 6 months and gained back 50 pounds :(. I'm back on track since march and I really hope this time I'll do better.

Bleugh - up a couple of pounds from ticker.

But my body fat % is coming down so maybe it's muscle - I have ramped up my running this week. Been in recovery from a calf muscle injury for a couple of months so got a bit flabby.

GW: 133.4
