Absolutely - every pound is a fight! However, exercise becomes easier as you have less bulk to drag around.

May I join you? I lost 20lbs in the fall and stayed OP until Christmas Day. But now find the weight creeping back on. I need a little motivation. This may be just the thing.
I'm a little late to start this, but I did weigh in Monday and tried to get back on plan. So I will post my Monday weight since it was the first day of this challenge. Let me know if that isn't the right thing to do. SW 143 CW 142 GW 138 |

I expected my last 10-20 to be difficult, but as I neared my original goal of 161 it wasn't any harder. BUT, now I've changed my goal... and after I dropped below 160, it's been a fight I tell you!
