I have several goals for March. First of all I want to keep going on this journey and to be able to follow a daily exercise routine. I also want to control my binge behavior and lose 10 or 12 pounds by the end of March. Since I started to participate in 3FC forums I have lost 5 pounds, If I lose 10 pounds by the end of March I would have lose the first 15 pounds here, but If I lose 12 I would weigh 175 pounds.

Nightangel......I will race ya!!! I started this am at 234.0 and want to hit 220 by the 31st. You and I have the same goal. We can do it!!!!

I canceled my doctor appointment for this month. I need a break and am tired of trying to put up a number for him. I need to put some up for myself.

Hey everyone! Room for one more? I weighed in this morning at 137. I would really like to get to 130 by the end of this month, but I think I'm going to go easy on myself since this is my first challenge, so my goal for March is 5 pounds. Good luck y'all!

My goal for March is to lose 20lbs. I know I can do it. I will stay at 1400 calories a day and workout everyday. I love the treadmill its been such a stress reliever for me!

I would like to be at 170 by the end of March. My job is my exercise..I'm a zookeeper and it's a lot of physical labor. I burn from 2900-3200 calories per day (I have a bodybugg), so I try to eat anywhere between 1500-1900 calories per day depending on what section I'm working that day. I was at 177.8 as of this morning so I need to lose 7.8 lbs.

well i think this a great thing to do for my first day ! I want to lose 15 lbs total by the end of the month .
Goal # 2 is to quit drinking soda for the entire month , thats where all my cals come from , darn mountain dew! lol

Alright people! I love to see the energy and readiness to make some changes here! Once again, let me WELCOME all our newest members! I'm so glad to see you and as always, love seeing familiar faces (LaurenA, jellofer, etc.).

Today went pretty well except a bit of a snack attack in the afternoon. I faced it with lo-cal snacks, but probably could've handled it better or just told myself "no". All in all I'm happy with how I've started out this month. One day at a time, right?

I had a lot of fun today. My kids and I went on a homeschooler field trip to an organic farm in San Diego county. It's really shocking how much better vegetables taste immediately after picking. The spinach was buttering and nutty, the arugala was burn your mouth spicy, the turnips were juicy and sweet enough to taste like a fruit - I tried arugala flowers and OMG, they were one of the best things I've ever tasted. They tasted like slightly spicy peanuts. Drool. I really need to make sure I drive up the farmer's market in San Diego soon and buy a bunch of greens and veggies. I think if healthy food tasted like that all the time, I wouldn't be dealing with obesity.

So I am new to 3FC but I saw this thread and would love to join in! My goal for the month of March is to lose 10 pounds. I also want to drink 8 cups of water a day & exercise 4 times a week.
