I think I'm going to take a scale break. I've added exercise and the scale isn't cooperating. So I'm going to go to monthly weighing for a while until my body figures itself out.

I've been doing everything right the past couple of days yet no fluctuation on the scale....after two big loss weeks I guess this is expected, just want to get back down to 162.6 before my weigh-in on Sunday, I would HATE to have a gain for the week!
