Hey Narn,
Sorry for no post for last 2 days! Things were bit hectic here. But I am staying on plan. Yesterday, I had huge craving for chocolate cookie, and then had one huge organic (so-called) healthy cookie. It did satisfied my craving but it was whopping 300 calories! Unlike old times when I used to start binging once I fall thinking well since I have already done damage I may as well eat anything and everything today and start again tomorrow, I didn't do that this time. Instead, I reduced 200 calories from my lunch and 100 calories from my dinner. And whoa! I was back to total of 1200-1250 calories for the day.
Oh, and I was able to run 20 mins non-stop yesterday. I was thrilled!! and rubbed it against my husband... ha ha
Anyways, after 1 week of continuous rise in scale, I saw 128.6 in my scale! I will happily take that. Hope the downward motion of scale will start again!
How are you doing? How are you feeling now?
I will post my food and exercise details tonight.
Have a great weekend!! Its sunny and warm here again after 5 days of continuous rains.

Yay, Healthyliving!!! So proud of you for resisting the urge to binge (I once read that "everytime you resist you weaken the psychological link") running for 20 min non-stop (that must have felt liberating!) and shrinking down to 128.6!! That's such good news. :)

I'm feeling much, much better - thanks. Netflix has yet to ship my 30 day shred dvd, because I've yet to watch and return "inglorious basterds".... So I'm just focusing on cardio these days - elliptical trainer and C25K.

Today's partial menu:

Snack: steamed unsweetened soy milk w/ splenda (100)
Brunch: whole wheat pita pizza (with mushrooms, green peppers, low-fat cheese, tomato sauce, and turkey pepperoni) (500 cal)
Lunch: veggie Italian sausage (140), baked sweet potato (130), orange (80)

Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet, but I'm striving for 1500 cal today. :)
So glad I made pizza for brunch though - it took care of the craving just fine.

Will post my final stats this evening... Cheers!

Well week 1 is over and week 2 is off to a bumpy start (owing primarily to a giant muffin and a small bag of whole grain chips I ate during a fundraiser at work)... Ah, well. At least I counted calories and exercised despite it all.

Week 1: 64oz H2O, Vitamins, ~1365 calories, ~ 5 Fruits & Vegetables Daily; 200 min cardio total, 2.6 lbs lost

01/26: 64oz H2O, Vitamins, ~2100 calories, 3 Fruits & Vegetables, 35 min cardio

Hey can I jump on this? I would like to clean up my diet and I know I can lose 20lbs in the time remaining.

Yes - please do! It's mainly me here, anyway. :)

Had calorific birthday dinner with beau today... So, after a rather good first week, I'm going to have to postpone the start of week 2 until tomorrow. One day off plan can't be that bad... I hope. Cheers.
