I'm in. As of today, I have lost 6 lbs. I know this is mostly water weight, but it keeps me motivated. Here is to the next 5 lbs.

Mine too. We should put them in time out.

I'll weigh in tomorrow. I weighed today and have only lost .4 pounds, but tomorrow is my real "it counts" weigh day. So I'll be good today.
