  • I am just starting everything today, my diet and exercise, so I have walked 30 minutes. May not be much, but it's only 19 degrees outside, so that is all I could take. At least I actually got up and did something. Thank you for this challenge. It will definately keep me motivated.

  • I'm joining in. My goal for January is to do 360 minutes (min) of exercise this month. I'm starting all over pretty much... so I'm going start tonight.

    1/3 - 10 min Slim in 6 Abs & 15 min Si6 Stretch = 25 mins
  • My January 2010 goal is to do at least 180 minutes a week on the Wii Fit using mostly the Obstacle Course, Rhythm Marching, and Yoga.


  • Hi ya'll, joining in on the exercise challenge. My goal is to set a new habit of walking every day, and for the next 30 days to strive for 7,000 steps daily. I might need to work my way up to it, so I'll post daily totals here and on my wall chart.

    This was just what I needed to get me moving. Good luck, everyone!
