I didn't work out at all this weekend. At all. I had great ambitions, I really did.
Popcorn, great job on the 2 pounds.

Tiara, I am almost done shopping. I need to put together a gift for my mom and sister and I am done!

Grazer, at least you got in some exercise. Good job!

Zoochick, congrats on making it through finals.


So as I said above, I did not work out all weekend. I cant let this lazy feeling take over. I will definately be working out today. School is 2 hours late due to icy roads. So both kids will go to the kiddo room. Then after Mak is at school then I will come home and vaccum and shampoo the carpets. I HAVE TOO! I just need to keep moving.

Oh and TOM decided to come calling a week early. well 5 days early. Normally when I start feeling lazy and hungry I know why so I either give in a little or ignore it completely. NOT THIS TIME> UGG. Ok enough whining. get to the gym!

E 45 cardio 20 strength

Well I'm back to 177.6 as of this morning, which is right where I started when I joined this challenge. But I am back on track now, and plan on staying there. I really wanted to go jog outside today, but the weather is horrible right now with lots of lightning so I had to settle for a workout DVD.

WEED for this week:
W - 60-90 oz
E - at least 30 min of cardio 5 days this week
E - 1200-1500 cals/day
D - fully clean and organize my room by Sunday

:wave: Hi Zoochick. Being back on track is a great start!

I got in my workout. My run was great I did one of my fastest 5k's 29:55. I got in 3.5 miles total in 35 minutes. I didn't get in my last 10 minutes of cardio though. I had a couple interuptions.

Had a bad WEED yesterday as I did not feel well enough to exercise and did not log my eating. But I did make a substantial dent in the ironing and between me and DH we should get all caught up in the next day or two. I really don't like being behind on it when the kids come home and we have that much more laundry.

Today's WEED -

W - 64 oz.
E - some sort of aerobic activity - still not feeling well
E - 1200-1300 calories
D - iron small pile I had left from last night

Week 6- 181.4 Not bad considering I was 183.6 a few days ago.
Week 7- 179.2 Back down there again. Must go lower.

Jen- Glad you got back in the saddle.

Zoo- My body really like our weight. I do not. Just can't seem to change it.

I was good all weekend, even at our xmas party. Went up some yesterday. Why?? Because i didn't work out Sat?? Back to 179.2 today. I really want to see a new low this month. My lowest has been 177. Could I maybe see 176??

Makenna is sick. the same bug that Tommy had. DH will stay home with her tomorrow. I hate it when the kids are sick.

Morning ladies.

Popcorn, your weight loss over the past 7 weeks has been awsome!

Mindy~your body will start responding again.

Tiara~ DH and I need to start wrapping.

With DH taking care of Makenna I slept ok. Last night I got a full 6 hours of sleep. I think that is the most I have gotten in 2 weeks. Tommy even stayed in his own bed. (since his illness he has had a bad habit of coming into our room and sneaking into bed with us.)

I hope that Mak isn't as bad as Tommy.

WEED will be ok today since it is a workday and food is much easier when I work.

W 64 oz
E not a lot, extra laps and stairs.
E 1200 high protein cals
D get through my shift, come home and sanitize and lysol the house (again)

Yesterday's WEED was not successful. I did not drink enough water for one. And even though I did not iron at all I did get my second set of Christmas cards done. That was huge!


Jen - It is tough having sick kids. Make sure you take care of yourself as well. I hope Makenna feels better soon.

Tiara - I still have shopping to do too. I need to get some stuff wrapped before my son gets home.

Mindy - I think you will get to 176. Just keep pushing. It would be cool to see it before Christmas.

I hope everyone else is doing well.

Thanks to all of you for your encouragement. It is going to be tough for me right now because I am definitely sick and have had to resort to taking my decongestant/antihistimine which I avoid at all costs because it makes me feel weird - tired and hyper at the same time.

D - groom the dog for his Therapy visit tomorrow

Hey Ladies -

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still here. Computer is broken so I'm typing this at work. Just haven't had enough hours in the day to catch up with everything, and work is super busy so I'm rarely at my desk. Hopefully when my computer's fixed I can be back on more regularly. Sounds like everyone's doing well. Haven't weighed myself in over a week so nothing official to report - my guess is it's not good!

this sure is a crazy time of year. Thursday we take the 4th and 5th graders reller skating. I am excited about that. I love to skate. Not to mention the great exercise.

Still 179 today. Yes, 176 would be the coolest Christmas gift. If only!!!

Still sick as a dog and loaded up on as much medicine as I can function on. But I did not have energy to do anything. Although I did walk with DH to take the dog on a mile walk.

So today I am just going to do a modified WEED -

W - 48 oz.
E - skipping today
E - 1200-1300 calories
D - get some rest

Popcorn, I hate the medicine head-y feeling. Some things make me feel that way, others dont.

Tiara~DH is starting to wrap this weekend. He was trained by christmas elves to wrap, it looks like a four year old wrapped when I do it. :)

Well, no workout for me this morning. I planned on getting up at 5 and getting in a great 2 hour workout, but I woke up at midnight to Makenna vomitting. Poor girl was getting sick until 3 am. then started again at 7 this morning. I am going to call the doctor today to see if she needs to go in, or if we should just ride it out.

E if I can get something in this evening I will

D house sanitizing and going through old toys to donate to the salvation army.
