Good morning everyone!

I'm the same today. Since I haven't moved much this week, I've decided that my body has hit a plateau of sorts and maybe I haven't been eating as much as I should....So for the next week or so I'm going to try to eat more and see if that can inspire some weight loss. Of course this means that I probably won't be hitting my goal of 45lbs gone by XMAS, but in the long run I'd just rather not be stuck at this weight and depriving myself of essential nutrients.

Ok, I know, where did it come from. But, I know where it came from. Yesterday, my family was over for our annual pierogi making day. It has grown from my dad and I to a full blown party. And many of you know, there is nothing healthy about them. We make them in the same tradition as my grandmother. Plus, there was lots of wine, shooters and other tasty party treats. Did I indulge, why yes I did. And man, it was so worth it. I would do it again in a heart beat. Had such a good time my mom cried. So no, back on plan and to lose 5 by wednesday. Weigh in at the doctor. Water, water, water.

Glad to see some change! I went to my friend's birthday party last night and they had more food and alcohol beyond belief! But I remained strong and didn't have anything but my water. Even I was surprised by my willpower! lol
