I'm SO thrilled to be making progress. It's almost sad that this happens to be the week of an out-of town trip with extra calories. Can I keep the momentum going? If not, at least I have a plan to keep the calories in check!

I am still same as the last 2 days..but not complaining one bit

I am eating thanksgiving tommorrow without counting....I gave myself the free day last year and I am doing the same this year......Once a year works fo me.......& no stress to ruin the holidays for me or my family~which is super important part.......Then day after BLACK FRIDAY I start back to my 1400 calories a day.

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving yesterday! I'm getting my war paint on to head out into Black Friday.

I'm not too upset about this gain considering how I gorged myself yesterday. I know I can lose that weight within the next couple of days, so it's fine by me. I gave myself yesterday, and decided not to count calories, so I am actually relieved the scale didn't show higher!

Jellofer on another 5 LB Challenge win and on to a new decade! My computer was down for a week. Then was out of town and then Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, all this has affected my weight. I'm up 5.2 LBS! Didn't exercise only once last week too. Not going to change my ticker. Hope it helps motivate me.

Hey all! I went for my weekly weigh in today!

It was awesome... I lost 3.6 lbs...

It brought me past my next 5 lb goal with my husband so I get a reward... I picked a new workout outfit.
