Hey ladies -

W - 80+ (I'm well past that by now)
E - Walked around the zoo for 3 hours
E - I did pretty well, didn't count points but I've been doing it long enough to have an idea and I didn't go that far over
D - finish laundry before bed!

ok so i was cleaning out my storage bins and i came across some old pictures i totally forgot about.Well lets just say these picture made me want to cry because looking at it now i never realised how huge i was. This has made me open my eyes to see what i never want to be again.. So i took one of the old pictures and put it on my dresser next to recent pictures of myself so now everymorning i wake up i am reminded of how far i came.

thanks for listening i just wanted to share.. its not even halloween anymore and i still managed to find a way to scare myself lol\

ok so here is my WEED for the week
W---drink 80oz daily or +
E---3xaweek 2miles jogg/walk
E---1200 calz
D---KEEP MY ROOM CLEAN... AKA. wash clothes ,beding, organize shelfs vaccume...

Had a tough evening yesterday and today has been hard but I stayed on my goals, but I didn't get my work out in yesterday! Today I am going to get it in!



W---drink 80oz daily
E---2 miles and 30 day shred ( will squeeze this in)
E---1400 calz
D---get the floors clean!! I hate mopping
