Thoughts on the Master Cleanse
I began the Master Cleanse again this past Monday. I had the worst :rollpin:headache on night two, to the point of tears, but
I am sure the fact that I am an avid coffee drinker and was coming off of the caffiene contributed to that. I finished day 5 today and am down 10lbs. As far as the ingredients being costly, the biggest expense is that organic Grade B syrup because it is not the kind commonly sold in stores and it is chock full of minerals and nutrients. I am doing all 10 days and then transition to the cookie diet because it will be through these fall winter holdidays and I think I can do that one pretty well and not feel deprived. |
I don't see the link posted, but I am VERY interested in doing this. I'm going to be starting this diet called "the diet source" and I sorta wanted to be prepped/cleansed of toxins before I start it. Also, I've never done a detox before so I'm really interested.

I started today, so I'd love to have some support.
Between a death in the family and the end of finals, my weight shot back up to 204.5 today, so I'd really like to just start with a fresh slate. In the past, a cleanse has helped me kind of re-focus and make better eating choices. |
