Week 3: 149
Week 4: 150 AKKKK okay so I realized that I am hitting midcycle right now. No wonder the gain! I was at 147 for most of this week, So th 150 really hurts, I was 148 yesterday, I know that I didn't eat 7000 calories in a day, dang water weight!

Week 4- WOW!!! Time is just a flyin.

SW- 185
CW- 184.6

I can't seem to make much progress right now.

Jen- I am with ya on the mid-cycle time though. I am really hoping for at least a little loss here soon. Back to 182ish would even be nice. I really want to be below 180 when school starts.

Good Morning Ladies. I am so tired. Tommy kept me up most of the night (not good when you get up at 215). I hope he stays in bed through the next hour or so.

Yesterday I got in my hour but I did not interval train. I started to, but the treadmill I was on wasn't working right, so after ten minutes I switched and ended up runing random inclines at 5.5 mph.

My allergies are in full swing right now and I am completely miserable.

Workday WEED for me today!

Hey Ladies,

I am back...I have not forgotten any of you...I was so busy with work and the kids, and also working out. I am back to stay because I am now on a roll... I have lost so far 16 pounds since June 15th. I walk everyday and if I don't walk because of the heat then I will go to the gym and work out with weights and work on abs.

I hope everyone is doing great....I will be logging on tomorrow to say hello again...it is so good to be home.. hehehehe...LOL

Cheers~

Mindy, keep on working, it will come off!

MM~good to see you!

Kris, have a good time!

Jaya~congrats on the loss!

I will let you know if I decide to workout or not.

Hi girlies. Missed you all so much!!! Been busy with t-ball, baseball and obv recovery, the legal stuff, the nursing board, treatment. So many stipulations, so many hoops to jump through. I do not reccomend addiction as a way of life.

Doing really well losing weight. I think the scale said 252.5 this morning, so thats good. Not able to walk as much as when the kids were in bible school that week and sports camps the next week, but I make do. Did I tell you guys I found a good treadmill at a garage sale for 40 bucks? All the bells and whistles, works good. And we parked it in front of a tv in the basement. So no excuses.

Kids are fighting...I get so aggravated...that summertime boredom stuff. But I'm sure this fall will be hard when Rach goes to kindergarten and the loneliness sets in!!! I took them to the waterpark Monday, it was nice. It's a family-type place and the main pool is all 1-2 foot deep and has a big ship they can climb on, squirt other kids, go down waterslides, stuff like that. Oh yea, I can post pics. Let me try that.

Kris, have a blast in Havasu, and good luck at the casino!!!!! I am plotting some way to get myself down to Mountaineer too.

off to try some pics. xo Michelle

Hi Michelle! Im glad you are doing well. My kids are going through the summertime fighting too. UGGG!

Ok I just re-read my last post I meant to say my throat is scratchy Anyway I am fine if I am not trying to talk, and as long as I am drinking my water. I did get in a good workout after all. I did interval training and the recumbant bike. 30 minutes of each.

I better go!

I was down a little bit today, 182.4. I was happy with that. Then I went out to lunch and a movie. Haven't done diddly squat today, so I feel like I'll go back up tomorrow. I still need to get in a good workout today, so maybe that will help.

Jaya- Welcome back and a huge CONGRATS. That is a lot of weight in a short time. Good for you.

Jeni- Just go workout girl. Don't the scratchies get you down.

Michelle- I am way too aware of how quickly summer is passing by. 4 weeks and I will have to be back in my classroom, at least a few days that week. Kids don't start until the 8th (I think), but since I am changing grades I need to move my classroom.....again. What a hassle.

Morning Ladies! I hope everyone is having a great week so far.

Mindy, that stinks that you have to move classrooms again. What grade will you have? BTW, what would you do: My daughter and nephew are in the same class this coming year. Problem is they are very close, like brother and sister and tend to argue alot. Should I let it go and see how they do (after giving the teacher a heads up of course) or should I just request that my daughter be put in a different class?

The scale has been dropping slowly from my mid-cycle gain. I hope it keeps going down!

I will be heading to the gym in about an hour. Today is my last day of workouts until I work again. UGG work, what a stressful thing these days.

W 80 oz
E 60 minutes cardio abs/strength
E 1200 PLANNED clean calories
Ddefrost my fridge.

Happy Friday everyone! Boy has this been a slow week for the board or what? Today isn't much of a happy day for me since it is the first day of my long week, but If all goes well it will go by fast.

Tommy gets to move up a level in swim lessons! I am so proud of him! Makenna is at the same level, but she has gotten really good at all of the techniques, she just needs a bit more for endurance. I don't know if I will keep her in swimming after school starts, but I will keep Tommy in them untill he is in Kindergarten, (maybe after if I am lucky.)

Workday WEED for me!
