    The workout hours are increasing slowly.
    Favorite "good girl" food is fruit (cherries, peaches, cantaloupe) and shrimp.

  • Happy Monday! I had a really busy weekend. I definitely logged some hours with heavy cleaning. We had my daughter's second birthday party at our house yesterday. I also biked a few times last week.

    One of my favorite treats is fage yogurt with frozen wild blueberries, agave syrup, and cinnamon. It's so good that it feels like I shouldn't have it.

    I figured out I've been exercising approximately 9 hours a week. None of it is super intense, but I'm a long ways from where I was just 2 months ago when I was exercising 0 hours a week.

    Right now my favorite good foods are anything I can get from the farmers market. Grilled corn on the cob is my favorite. Oh, and every day for lunch I put tofu cream cheese on a whole wheat tortilla and stuff it full of veggies and roll it up. It's fantastic!
