Default Just For Today Challenge, July 26

Have you been struggling to get on program, no matter which program you are trying to do? Why not sign in here just for today, and come back and show us how you did. Sign up with any goals you want to.

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here.

Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it.

This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) Newbies to this thread always welcome!

I have done terrible since Thursday. I was under my point range on Thursday because I didn't have lunch.

I have to get busy again. So today's goals are:

Drink 40 oz water
Exercise at least 10 minutes
Report on this thread what I have to eat today. (Who knows how many points I had on Saturday. I ate from the time I got up until I went to bed. I have created some bad unhealthy habits.)

Good Morning
Yesterday was good w/calories,but not w/exercise and water.Trying again today!
1,300 cal.
Water:48 oz
Exercise:20 min. elliptical

Today has been an uphill struggle to stay good. Cinema, McDonalds, quick trip home, then round to the inlaws for tea. Just got back. Had a small salted popcorn with a bottle of water at the cinema, happy meal at McDonalds and then disaster. MIL had cooked a full Sunday Roast for us and her meals could find an army. I tried to eat sparingly, but she is a very good cook.

I'm not going to be around tomorrow so I'll see you all again on Tuesday.

Did well with eating yesterday...not so good on the water and exercise.

Today:
I will eat only when I am hungry
I will drink 100 oz water
I will run up an down those stairs
I will tell you all what I did and did not do-specifically
