Just For Today Challenge, July 25

I have been struggling, some days eating as much as 60 points. I found last week when I started this challenge, that even though I still overate, I did much better, knowing I was going to be reporting it here. Join me if you like. I will probably start this challenge daily for a while. If anyone beats me on here in the mornings, and it hasn't been started, feel free to start it. Believe me, I will follow this challenge no matter who starts it." This has become a wonderful supportive group! (New thread started every day for a frest start!) |
Today I haven't got any plans, sometimes I feel that I need to take a step back, relax and smell the roses.

I like this. I truely believe the accountability is what helps me no matter what program I am on. I think this is something that all of us doing different programs can come together on.
I am going to a local water park today, but we are going this afternoon after lunch so I will be able to eat right for breakfast and lunch. We don't have any plans to eat at the water park so I should be OK. |
My goal for today is to order grilled salmon and a spinach salad when we go out for lunch. This is hard for me because I always want what my husband orders!!

This group keeps me focussed on the task! I overate last night. Had cereal when I finished dinner and really wasn't hungry. Still not eating consciously. SO today's goals are to: Eat only when I am hungry Drink more than 100 oz of water stairs. I love seeing everyone's goals. It gives me the freedom to change it up a bit. Nicki: enjoy the roses! I have been eating all morning! No reason to! So Ash, I'm going to follow you. try to eat only when I'm hungry. I've probably already had 25 points today. I'm calling a new start to my day, I have only had breakfast which would normally be 6 points. So I'm allowing myself 30 points for the rest of the day. It will be way too much but I'm at least putting a cap on it. I'm going to do 2 miles watp (walk away the pounds dvd with Leslie Sansone) 32 oz water |
