Yay Brie I hope you got the job, especially neat STL. You love that place. ALso GJ on working out. You are being a good role model to us all.
On another note: I stayed on track yesterday! I made it to the gym and got in 70 minutes of cardio even with bloating and cramping. I was so proud. |
So I got a little off track at happy hour last night, but I'm about to step it up.

hey ladies, i'm still here but due to a VERY busy schedule i haven't had time to do much other than work and sleep. needless to say my eating has fell off and exercise is not happening. but some how i did manage to lose 1lb last week :o but i know i've got to do better.

So... I just ate the Sizzling Falita combo from TGI Friday's. But it was good and I'll be back on plan tomorrow. That is all. :^:

Hey ladies do you see my ticker moving!!!!!! Weighed in at 240 on Friday thank you Jesus...............I officially started back working out on 7/18 and for two weeks nothing but all of a sudden boom well enjoy the rest of you days!

Great job Matilda! I got on the scale this morning and it said my weight was 213.8. Not a bog loss, but I hope it holds for my official WI tomorrow morning. I am commited to my meals being on plan this week! One week til 25!!!
It's hot as heck outside, so I won't be walking, but I'm about to dust off my Biggest Loser DVDs. |

My challenge: All Phase I - no grains, no sugar - make it to Saturday! I also need to aim for four days at the gym this week.

I made it thru the weekend alive! I just have to stay POP and get in my run (10 miles) yikes. I got it though.

Happy Monday Ladies!
My goal for this week is to get seven hours of cardio in. I couldnt help but to weigh in this morning and the 240 is leaning toward 239 lol I was down to 220 in feb so all the weight im relosing is just extra work but Im motivated nonetheless. I am trying to break the 220 mark this time. I wish you all a great week! |

No meat today. Lots of veggies and whole grains. I feel good. :carrot: And I didn't workout yesterday like I said I would, but I am today!!! |
