Yeah I am here BRIE. But I am doing terrible. As soon as I put my Fiance on this plane I will be doing much better I know. Until then I am fighting the struggle.

I have my plan in place for the day....now to stick with it.

Smartones Breakfast sandwich (5)
Banana (2)
Lean Cusine Lunch (6)
Fiber One Bar (2)
Grapefruit (1)
Sushi Dinner (8-10pt)

I will try to get to the gym before WW mtg if I can.

Hello, hello, hello? Ya'll out there?

So I gained a pound. But I deserve it. Today starts my new WW week and I am making it a personal challenge to stay within my my effin points!!! ARGH!! I can do this. So hitting the gym and here is my paln:

Run 5 Miles
Do WL circuit
Pushups

Smartone breakfast (5)
Coffee w/ cream (2)
snack (2)
Lean cuisine lunch (7)
Snack (2)

My meal plans will better very soon but I didn't have time to cook.

And I am proud to say that I stuck with my food plan yesterday!!! YAY!

i'm here OP hope u ladies are too *whistles*

the new challenge starts monday so make sure you have your planning down its time to build and add something different.

these challenges require people to post a little more often since there are only a few of us. one of the challenges i have in mind will require us to post more actively so ladies come on out and share yr thoughts! lets be active participants!

dont forget first week weigh-ins are due monday by midnight!!!!!!!!

i'm OP as well! thanks so much for starting the summer challenge!

So far this week I had 1 bad day but other than that I've been on plan and just pushing forward. I have been jogging on the treadmill and am aiming to jog at least 5 times a week.

Brie thanks for suggesting we post more. I check here often but there is never anything for me to respond to. And definitely do not want to be "that girl" with the back to posts chatting all by myself...LOL

Sooooo I am starting this Monday off great. I have food planned and packed and the BF and I are hitting the gym together this evening. Can't wait to see the challenge this week. TTYL

not at all @cakebatter! its nice to see how everyone is on plan. I just crashed through my plateau ladies!!!!!!! I've been on 205 and going up for the past 2 weeks and finally got down to 204. yes!

Assorted Chocolates Challenge Week 2


Let's Get Moving Ladies!!! So this week's challenge is based on physical activity! If you are trying to lose weight with out exercising you will lose very slowly and u will end up flabby. period point blank! its not healthy to sit on your arse whether you are a fat chick or a skinny chick. Regular exercise gives us a healthy heart, shapely hips and butts, flat stomachs, thinner thighs and sexy toned arms! isnt that enough to make you get off your butt and work it girl! :drill:

so this is a 3fc game of tag! you may have played before but here are the rules. i will post first that exercised then i will tag 3 people to complete 30 minutes of any exercise of their choice. then those people each tag 3 people and so on. each tag is 30 minutes.you can keep track of your tags in your signature or on your own. so if i get tagged ten times this week then i need to complete 300 minutes of exercise. this challenge is ongoing throughout the challenge since there are so few of us. that way you wont have to work off 20 tags in a week. but you could! :D

so here goes i did the stairmill this morning:

Okay cool brie I that challenge! Kay quick question: already worked out for the day so do I do my tag tomorrow?

I am happy to report I did 90 minutes of cardio today including 4.5 mile run and the crosstrainer! I stayed within points and I am feeling good about it!

todays workout doesnt count for the tags! tag game starts tomorrow so u have to work it off going forward and u need to tag 3 people girl!

Sorry I've been MIA for awhile ladies. I was on vacation for 2 weeks an was totally outta control...gained 3lbs :( but I'm back now an did well 2day. I am accepting the exercise challenge with open arms because that's been my weak spot but I'm ready to dust off the treadmill and actually use it. I will stay OP and drink 64oz of h2o daily.

Coco_chanell - I agree with Brie. You are back now and ready to get in. I am sure it is not 3 lbs of fat therefore it will be eezy-peezy. In a week you will be fine. Just stick with your plan and do as many challenges as possible....:hug:

I'm gonna join! I've been tracking my weight and this challenge will get me from now to when i leave DC and go back to chicago :) i weigh on fridays usually, so ill adjust the dates.
