Cw 155.6 Gw 150.8 Way, way up after a wonderful weekend and a really long (about 5 miles) hike up and down the side of a mtn (about 3000 feet elevation). We had a great time and I did eat half a sub. I know my body did not need the white bread, but it was delish and I was starved. I am sure most of it is my muscles which are screaming in agony today, tomorrow should look much better! |
I'm back from vacation with no gain....Hallelujah!! So, I'll hop in here and see what I can do before this challenge is over.

Well, I'm UP 2.5 lbs today. I do Weight Watchers and I definitely went over my points this past weekend, but really should have maintained. I did a LOT of exercise, though. I have heard that exercise can cause the muscles to retain water. I'm hoping that's all that is.

I never ever do weight or stength training but I did an hour BodyPump class on Saturday and I think my body is still wacked out from it! CW: 232 GW: 226 Hello 230s....I hate you! :p I was up after a weekend of too much. It's just crazy cause the "too much" I eat now is nothing like I used to eat....but I can gain 5 pounds in 2 days! I know it's not a "real" 5 pounds. I certainly didn't eat that many calories. Thankfully 2 of them came off last night. Summer is presenting more challenging situations for me. I need to bring my A game...cause I want this weight...OFF!!!! Have a great day friends! :high: |
