Today I attempted the free step for the first time. I set it for 30 minutes, turned the sound off and turned on a tv show. I finished with 3164 steps. I like to believe that is pretty decent for my first time so I am proud of that

I like free step for that reason. If you couldn't change the channel and watch TV, it would be too boring!

I like the free step too. I watch the tv, but listen to music while doing it.

I've been keeping up with my workouts, even though this week has been tough and dealing with some pain issues.

I'm a bit discouraged because the scale doesn't seem to want to move, yet... I went in my closet and fit into some old pants that haven't been able to squeeze into for a LONG time, so somethings working. Just wish the scale would get a clue and catch up with it.

We all know better than to solely rely on the scale for confirmatin of our results...but we all do! I was in Onederland for one blessed day. Ugh! Mostly it's been my fault for not being careful with my diet and not keeping up on my workouts. But I keep plugging away. I'm back on track now and feeling pretty good.

Finally went to see about the pain I was having. looks like I'll be sticking with physio exercises until I get this problem cleared up.

I see Nintendo is releasing the Wii fit Plus in a few days. Anyone planning on getting it?
