I know how you feel. I've been fighting to get out of the 190's myself. I can't wait for the scale to say 189 one of these days.

Hello all and thanks for the support I've been living a low carb lifestyle since Oct 08...since my hips really love bread, my mouth must abstain I have been inconsistent with my workouts but I plan to get that together soon. Maybe being accountable to you guys will help me get my butt in gear

Lissus: Welcome. What lifestyle changes are you making to reach your goal?

Lori: I saw your pics-65 lbs! WTG!!! You look awesome

I'm using Weight Watchers for my diet plan, and working out at home with my WiiFit.

Ya can see what I've been up to in my 3FC blog if you like. It's fairly new, but I'm going to keep updating it as I find it's helping me stay on track

Ok, cool. I have a blog too that I will try to update more frequently. I think it would also be helpful for me if I list my weekly goals and make progress reports on here.

My goals for this week are to eat on plan everyday and to dust of my treadmill and walk for 30 min a day at least 4 days. I will make Monday my official weigh in day.

What about you guys?

Can I join? I do NOT like the 190s.

This morning I weighed in at just under 192. So close!

I have been counting calories and generally trying to be more active, and I have made a deal with myself that when I hit 188 I will start swimming and running again. Don't ask me why, but that is my magic number.

So I DO NOT like the 190s. It will be good to communicate with some people who are at the same stage as I am.

You all sound very organised and motivated.

Let's do it!
