    This challenge seems to be working so I started a new one.This is for:

    JUNE22-JUNE26

    My Goals For The Week!

    Calories:Not over 1,300
    Exercise:15 min, on elliptical
    Water:56 oz

    ANY TAKERS?!:
  • Sounds good to me, I like short goals. Because my WI's are on Saturday, this will help me for my WI. Also I tend to do really bad on Saturday and Sunday......
    Here are mine for the week.
    • No eating out!
    • No cokes!
    • Stay within points!
    • Exercise 4 out of 5 days!
  • I'm in for this week! I am traveling on Wednesday and after Wednesday I won't have access to the gym so I'm going to change my goals a little this week:

    Eat up to 1550 calories per day.
    Minimum 5000 steps walked per day (tracked with my GoWear Fit)
    M-T-W gym exercise.
    M-T water exercise also.
  • My goals:
    • 10,000 steps a day
    • More Water
    • More ab exercises
  • I am so in this 5 day challenge!!!

    1) Exercise at least 1 hour all five days!
    2) Drink at least 64oz. water each day.
    3) Watch sodium intake, remember my HDTZ & BP pills(water & blood pressure) every morning.
  • I'm in again! Last week this challenge was really great for me...setting just a few small goals for myself and taking it day by day! I will weigh in tomorrow and post my weight for the M-F portion...

    Sooo...here are my goals


    water ~ 40 ounces a day
    food ~ Between 1300 - 1500 calories per day
    exercise ~ 60 minutes at curves M-F & walking for 30 minutes at least 3 times during the week.
  • Ooooo...I like the sound of this challenge. I am having such difficulties with all the challenges these days. But breaking it down into just 5 days...well...that feels alittle more manageable.

    I will:

    Exersize one hour every day (at least)
    Get more abs in
    Drink 64 ounces of water a day
    Eat between 1200 and 1400 calories a day.

    Can't wait to get started. Might have to start a day early. :-)

    My goals this time will be almost the same........

    To keep God first in my life
    64 oz of water each day
    Eat more veggies and fruits each day
    10 minutes exercise each day
    Too stay positive and on point

    And away we go!!!!!!!

  • I love short-term goals! I'm in.

    My goals:
    • three meals each day
    • fruits and/or veggies at each meal
    • no snacks after dinner
    • keep my blood sugar steady
    • stick to my meal plan
    • exercise (walking or bike) each day

    I am happy everyone is aboard!I know we are going to do great this week!
    This is what seems to works for me and others.I lost a few more lbs last week doing this challenge last week!Good Luck To Everyone!

    I will be in a little later to post my official weigh in for Monday. I know we don't have to....but I like seeing where I started on Monday and then seeing the benefits of the challenge at the end of the week!!

  • Okay so I just got back from my official weigh in at curves. I only lost 5 pounds last week....which is great of course I'm thrilled, but I'm a little sad because I had lost more than that and then started gaining weight. I am pretty sure that TOM is approaching any day now. Maybe that is why I'm gaining weight???? Anywho just to be on the safe side I'm going to readjust my goals for the week...

    WATER ~ 40 oz a day
    FOOD ~ 1300 - 1400 calories a day ; count every calorie that goes in my mouth...I'm gonna be strict with this
    EXERCISE ~ Curves 60 min a day M-Fri ; Walking 30 min 3x
    BLOG ~ Blog all food and exercise

  • I'm busy busy getting ready for my trip but I DID go to the gym this morning and walked/jogged 1.6 miles on the treadmill . I will also be going to water exercise at 5:45 p.m. And ... even though Sunday is not on the challenge ... I did swim 50 minutes of laps yesterday.

    I had a big omelet with one egg plus egg whites, roasted red peppers, garlic and mexican cheese this morning and a huge salad just now. I only have 300 calories left but I think that will be okay for tonight. I am trying not to eat so much at night.

    I'm sure my steps will be okay based on what I've done in the past. So I think Day 1 is almost in the bag (in a good way ) !
