My Goals For This Week:

Calories: Not over 1,300
Exercise: 285 minutes
Water: 50 oz (10 glasses a day)

Day 1:
Calories: 1269 Done!
Exercise: Water Aerobics Class 60 minutes Done!
Water: 5 cups

Day 2
calories: Goal met with 203 cals to spare after exercise.
Exercise: 1 hr of power walking, 1 hour spinning class goal met
Water: 5 glasses, I need to work on this!

Hey everyone...I'm here..and I must say this week isn't going well for me :( I have had several weigh ins that I didn't care for. I lost so well last week, and since Friday I just haven't been able to lose any!!! So then the emotional eating sets in of course!

O.K. Wednesday is finally over!
I have made it through day 3 of the 5 day challenge.

64oz. water - CHECK!
Watch sodium levels & take HCTZ/BP meds - CHECK!
Exercise 1 hour - 1/2 CHECK, I have problems with my knees and they were yelling at me yesterday, so I respected their request to go easy on them. I skipped my pool walking, but did everything else.

Well day 5 is not looking so hot today. The only time I have to get in the pool for my exercises and we get thunder and lightning storms. Oh well at least I'm accomplishing all my other challenges. I can't mess with Mother Nature, right!

I am here bright eyed a bushy tailed and ready to list my progress for the 5th day of the challenge.

God First:carrot:
64 oz of water:carrot:
stayed within my points:carrot:
10 minutes of exercise:carrot:
ate all of my fruits and veggies:carrot:
stayed positive:carrot:
All goals completed:carrot::carrot:

I do believe the reason for my increase was due to sodium and the heat:(. I must remember anything I consume that was not hand prepared my me, and came out of a box will contain more sodium than I should intake, thus I will prepare all of my foods;). WOW, I guess that will be one of my next challenge's goal:carrot:. We are having another challenge, right Trace???;)
