Water: 50 oz (10 glasses a day)

Day 1:

Calories: 1269 Done!
Exercise: Water Aerobics Class 60 minutes Done!

Day one for me is offically complete!!!

God first

stayed within my points

stayed positive

Great to see everyone here!
I hope we all have a good day. I am learning not to let the negatives defeat me.I think it is because of all you positive people.
So far,started out great!40 min. on elliptical.
Water:64 oz {so far}
Calories:
Coffee& Splenda 0cal.
Frozen Dinner:420 cal.
SF PUDDING:70
Another SF Pudding:70cal.
Xlarge banana:150ATE PRETZLES LATE AT NIGHT BECAUSE I DID NOT EAT ENOUGH IN THE DAY!

Tracy - Your right about all the positive people here and how catching it is!

So far so good today. I have gotten in 60 minutes at Curves, and I have drank 40 oz of water so far. I'm on target for my calories and fixin' to go eat lunch.
I will be back later to put all my info for the day in!

I'm not sure I'll get to water exercise today ... getting ready for my trip and so much to do but maybe running around a lot will make up for it. (It may still happen! No promises though)

I did so well yesterday and most of today. But then after work I ate too much for dinner and spiked my blood sugar. Ugh! Tomorrow will be better. I am hoping to meet all of my goals for at least 4 out of 5 days. I can still do that!
