So far so good today. I have gotten in 60 minutes at Curves, and I have drank 40 oz of water so far. I'm on target for my calories and fixin' to go eat lunch. I will be back later to put all my info for the day in! Hope everyone is doing well :hug: |

Calories so far - check Steps walked - check I'm not sure I'll get to water exercise today ... getting ready for my trip and so much to do but maybe running around a lot will make up for it. (It may still happen! No promises though) |

But then after work I ate too much for dinner and spiked my blood sugar. Ugh! Tomorrow will be better. I am hoping to meet all of my goals for at least 4 out of 5 days. I can still do that!
