! I have just been putting off losing weight for so long. I forgot how EASY it could really be!

I'm not depriving myself of things I like, but I am learning portion control and to have healthier versions of the things I love. I'm working out 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day...and I feel sooo good! I have energy, and my pants are already feeling looser...and it has only been a short time.
I know the weight will eventually stop coming off as fast as it has been, but I hope that when it does I don't get discouraged and quit......that is what usually happened in the past....I will need you all to

if that happens...LOL!
