5 Day Challenge
 
I am restarting again tomorrow. I can't even think about how long I have to be on this. So,I decided to give myself at least 5 days.I think I can do it for that long.For the next 5 days :I will
-count calories
-exercise{which means just try to move more right now}maybe 5 minutes of walking/per day
-Drink at least 48 oz of water/per day
If anyone wants to join me ,on a healthier lifestlye for the next 5 days. That
would be great!The more the merrier!June8-June12

I'm in! I'm leaving on vacation for Cali the 13th and need to lose that last 6 lbs for my goal.. so I am definitly in!

I'm in. I need to focus on each day at a time and not the long haul right now.

For the next 5 days I will:'

*take a daily walk and track my mileage/progres on Map My Run
*log all of my meals and snacks on FitDay as soon as they are eaten
*drink 200 oz of water per day
*eat breakfast

Goals:
~Exercise Everyday
~Drink at least 100 ounces of water
~Eat Healthy (ie, no processed foods)

I have been craving potato chips and have managed to make it a week OP. I want to continue that success, so this 5 day challenge is perfect for me.

SO far so good for me today!
I exercised on my elliptical for 10 minutes!::woohoo::woohoo:(I haven't been on that thing in over a year)
I drank24 0z of water already,and it's only12:00
Calories are good too!{so far}
I'll check back later! Day1 is looking good!:)

I'm having a good day here as well. We had McDonald's for lunch but I ate less than half as much as I usually do and only had about 2 oz of soda. :) Also got in a ten minute walk.

Edited @1843 EST to add- So far so good. Need to add some more water in but otherwise I'm doing really well thus far. I missed breakfast because dh grabbed the slim fast and grabbed lo carb for me by accident. I can't stand lo carb.

Count me in, too. Thanksf or starting this thread - I like focusing just a few days at a time. My goal is no sugar for the next five days. I just had a skim latte w/ a tsp of sugar, but from now until Saturday no sugar or sweetner for me! I've done this before - have actually cut out sugar for weeks at a time - and I find my cravings go away and food tastes better and it helps with weight loss.

Day 1~
1. 4 miles on elliptical
2. 200 ounces of water
3. Ate Healthy

Day 1
1. 210 minutes on exercise bike (about 45 miles-didn't exactly track it)
2. 150 ounces of water
3. Don't count calories but I ate great healthy foods

day 1 3/4 a success {no breakfast :(}

I also got in 30 minutes of freeweight training. We have a smallish gym in our storage/spare room that has pretty much sat idle since my surgery last summer but hubby cleaned it up and we spent a good half hour back there tonight working out together.

Day 1 went great for me! I lost 1.8 lbs from yesterday now only 4.3 lbs till my vacation goal!

Yesterday I ate well, did Turbo Jam 20 min workout in the morning, ate lunch, then dinner at around 5 (i try not to eat after 5:30-6ish) then i did 40 minutes of yoga and turbo Jam ab jam! plus drank about 64 ounces of water

Today is going well also.. alread did my turbo jam 20 min workout, ate lunch, getting ready to fix dinner.. then plan on doing some strength training and another turbo jam work out.. have already had 36 oz of water

I know one day late but I am in. I'll wiegh in friday morning. weight was 200.4 this morning. I'm gonna push it this week. already tuesday maby I :Dwill lose a pound and get under 200.

Good job everyone!

Today is going great. Lost 2 pounds since yesterday yay.. Had about 100 ounces of water, ate healthy, did 190 minutes on my exercise bike. The rest of the day should go smooth, I'll let ya'll know later how it goes :)

Did pretty good all together. Got in all my water and am still actively drinking more. Made baked bbq ribs with corn for dinner and resisted the urge to add a potato or bowl of mashed potatoes to the menu. :)

Day 3 went alright. Got my water in, going to the weight room when the kids go to sleep. Had breakfast even! Ate way too many calories for lunch and dinner but it's a once a week thing. Husband goes to the VA once a week for therapies and we usually get at least one meal a day on the road by necessity.

Day 4 was alright. Not my best effort by far but also not my worst. Got in breakfast, most of my water, but an abbreviated walk due to weather. Tracked some but not all of my meals :(

Today is going alright. I'm struggling with some heavy emotional stuff and am doing a pretty good job with not eating my way through my stress.

I'd like to join your 5-day challenge. For the next 5 days I will:

Average 1550-calories a day logged into CalorieKing.
Eat dinner by 7 p.m.
Go to the Gym every day (closed on Sunday)
Go to bed by 10 p.m. so I can sleep 8 hours.
