That inline skating is crazy. I can't believe how far I had to squat to pick up some speed. I've watched Xtreme sports. They don't have to do that!!! Damn you EA :P

I like the Yoga Booty so far. Have only just started it. I only do each game and YBB approx once per week really as I switch them around a lot.

Rested yesterday, and ate way too much (and didn't even log the points). I feel so guilty. I've been doing really well, but yesterday just fell back into old habits.
Well no more of that allowed. I just found out this morning the guy I'm dating wants me to go to his nudist colony with him at the end of the summer. (I flat out refused to go with him tomorrow, said I needed some time to get in shape first). HOLY CRAP. If that's not motivation enough for me to stay on track. I dont know what is. LOL!!! EAS Active kicked my butt today, lunges, squats, running, boxing with bag kicks, high knees walking etc. My legs are shaking, but I feel good. |

Worked out with just the WiiFit today. I slacked off all weekend because I wasn't feeling well again. I seem to be getting this reoccuring stomach issue. I have a pretty temperamental stomach as is, but I think the switch to healthier eating is throwing it for a loop.
Anyone else have stomach issues since switching around their diet and/or adding exercise? |
Is it too late to join? I am about to start my own Wii Workout Challenge and saw this thread and it seemed perfect for me. I was planning on working out solely with Wii "games" for the next month and see how I do.
I have: 1. Wii Fit 2. Wii Sports 3. Gold's Gym Cardio Workout 4. DDR 5. Active Life: Outdoor Challenge (awesome cardio and soooo much fun! Worked out for an hour and never noticed.) 6. We Cheer (good upper body workout, fun, and good music.) 7. EA Sports Active |
I'd say join right in Sandra. Seems like posts have been a bit sporadic, but we've been picking up new members all along :)
