I went running last night and I think it was a boost my metabolism needed....I was down 1.2lbs from yesterday... SW 188.8 CW 186.6 (-2.2 Total lbs Lost!!) GW 183.8 I'm also on TOM...so I'm going to keep my snacking in check and try to keep breaking a sweat to help balance teh TOM> |
