Best I can say is that that means I'll be done in mid-afternoon and can still go swimming. Thank you God for ibuprofen ...

! But it is over, I am done. Had a small helping of beans, guac, torilla soup, pork green chile and 2 (dang it!) small brownies. But I skipped my snack and had eaten my good little breakfast.
