Hey everyone. I'm new here and this is the kind of challenge that will keep me on track.

I just wanted to tell you all that this weight lost "life style" has been only since March 22 (so less than 2 months) but thats actually the longest time i stayed on it. First time (and only time before this) i only lasted 2 weeks. So i hope heathy life style sticks to me for good!

Current Weight: 162
Goal Weight by end of May: 155 I'm going to California next week and staying with family where food is prepared with lots of full-fat products...going out to eat means a huge-portions Mexican restaurant. It will take a lot of willpower to find ways to stay on plan and still enjoy the vacation and visiting family. |

Well, I have had a couple of weeks of not counting my calories and it shows. There are reasons though - I ran a 10K yesterday and didn't want to be dieting all week and keeling over from hunger on the day. But it's over now and I'm back on the wagon!

2 ounces, wow! I think I might go bonkers if I were trying to reach a goal and had to see that I was 2 ounces away :dizzy: But I'll probably still end up with one of those scales someday and wonder how I ever did without it.

I had a fantastic mini-vacation to MN last weekend to visit my best friend of 20+ years. We had so much fun. Yep...we ate and drank too much, but we got in some hard workouts. I came home up 4 pounds, but I quickly came back to my SW for this challenge. Nowhere to go now but down. :p SW: 233 CW: 233 GW: 228 Yay to all the losers! ;) |
