Hi everyone!
I would love to join in the May challenge! I've been on this for a few weeks and experienced a few bumps along the way but May is spring and my birthday so there is no better time to get moving! Weight: Current 221 - May 15th - 216 - May 31st 210! I am going to be an exercising demon!! Jeans now or as of May 1st: Can pull them up with a struggle but can no way do them up -zipper or button - very tight around butt, stomach and thighs. I'm going to take a picture of them tonight and post- yikes! Jeans May 31st: Done up and looking HOT :cheer: |

Goal for May lose 10lbs. (This is double the amount I normally set for 30 days. But since I'm going back on the beach with FSA it should be achievable.) 2nd goal- exercise 800 minutes 3rd goal-drink 64ozs of water a day (this is SOOOO hard) :cheer3::cheer2:Yay Chicks!:cheer3::cheer2: |
My goal is to lose 10lbs in May and be able to wear my goal capris.. sitting in my closet collecting dust. I haven't worn them in 7 years! They are tight right now. I think 10 more pounds will do the trick.
Exercising and eating right... the only things that work. I'll weigh in on friday with my official starting weight... Good luck everyone! I love a challenge! =) |

Okay Chicks, usually FSA starts the monthly exercise goals thread, but last month Ms_P was nice enough to get it started, and this month our newcomer Bella has started it! Thank you Bella! To keep this May Weight Loss Goals list from becoming too long and hard to follow, I'm going to divide it, putting the exercise goals on the sister thread (May Exercise Challenge) and keeping the weight loss (and other goals) here. So the May exercise goals have been moved to the May exercise thread, so post your daily exercise (if you choose to) there please. Thanks!! And good luck!!! We can do it!! :carrot:

Hey, Hey! I'm in for sure. I'm setting modest goals, but if things go really well, I can always reset them. I'm still in a state of craziness with no computer at home and all. Anyway, to the point...
My May goals: 1. 165 pounds 2. More fruits and veggies!! (5/day) Best of luck to all! I hope to go do some packing at our house we're selling and bring my computer back with me by mid month so I can feel normal again. I feel great health-wise, but didn't reach my April goals and I think the move had a LOT to do with it. I can't wait 'til our house is built and we don't feel like we're living out of boxes...but that's a long time from now. For now I just remind myself there are NO EXCUSES! I can take charge of what I eat and what I do for exercise (within reason). It's up to me. I'm ready to make May a beautiful transition to summer. I already feel like a million bucks wearing my size 14 shorts and jeans...I never even imagined it, but I could be in 12's by mid-summer!!! That would ROCK! |
