Scale won't budge... HELP!
well i have been at it for 3 weeks now, the first 2 i lost weight and this week NOTHING.... i haven't changed anything i eat healthy, go to the gym everyday and take a dr prescribed weight loss pill....any input here would be greatly appreciated as i am at a loss.... please help me stay motivated and keep pushing forward even though the scale isn't!

breakfast... granola cereal
snack... banana lunch... weight watchers meal frozen snack.. yogurt dinner... fish and rice (tilapia fish) gym... 2miles on the treadmill diet pill.... tenuate dospan 75 mg |
How much were each of your servings and how are you measuring or weighing your portions? It looks like you should up your fruits and veggies for certain..also, how much water are you getting

i drink nothing but water all day long.... that's all i drink, nothing else... so i'm not sure whats going on...

I'm gonna say you probably aren't eating enough calories. Try a site like sparkpeople.com or thedailyplate.com to track your calories- I would say that's what stalling your weight loss.
