Oh! I forgot my plan!
-I am drinking at least 135 oz of water a day.
-Counting calories
-Giving up my love of Diet Mountain Dew (that's a toughie!) and other diet drinks.
-I am slowly incorporating exercise into my life.
-Only fast food I am going to eat for at least a month (then we'll see from there) is Subway
-And I've gotten my husband on board
