This has been the most ridiculous yo-yo scale week ever for me.
Friday: 231 Sat: 232 Mon: 236 Tues: 232 Wed: 232 Thurs: 234.6 What the heck??!?!?!?! :dizzy: I'm doing everything right, I know it's just my body's reaction to the workouts, new bike, TOM and sodium yesterday... I have a smile on my face and I know it's OK. That's a big part of this journey for me...understanding my body, dealing with the fluctuations, but I just want the 220s!!!!!!!!!!!! :p SW: 232 CW: 234.6 :o GW: 227 Later Chickies! :wave: |
