Whoo! Five sets of twenty jumping jacks done!! Great challenge, Melissa!

I CHALLENGE the person who posts below me, to park further away than usual and walk that little bit further as many times as possible when out running errands, etc, this week.

I further challenge every one who posts in this mini-challenge to do whatever it is that they challenge the next person to do. I will be parking in the far lot at work every day for the rest of the week, increasing my walking by probably 1/4 mile per day.

Oops Freshman! You got your post in before me! I will be drinking at least 2qts of water today too. I'll probably only be out once or twice this week but I'll try to remember to have the hubby park further out (I don't drive)!

Ah guess tomorrow is a no bad carb day for me not an easy one for me, but I have yet to make it to the grocery store so I will prepare for it when I go.

I challenge the person below me to do 3 sets of wall push ups (20 each set) and between each set get down on the ground and do 5 crunches or sit ups. So, 20 wall push ups then 5 crunches and repeat 2 more times.

Has anyone tried Jillian's metabolism boost workout? I just did it on the demand challenge and love it. Very intense but uses no equipment at all and it has some very neat moves (at least I thought so). i want to buy it now.

ill do ur challenge purple, and yeh I have that jillian video and the other one no more trouble zones omg she is intense and they are really good, very painful though.

I challenge the person below me to do 1minute intense jog on the spot 15sec break then 45 sec job 10sec break 30sec jog and 5 sec break and repeat =)

op so far this week and planning on sticking to it, looking forward to a loss =)

Alright I'll do the laundry challenge, and will be back in like 20 mins I've got a fresh load of clothes that just finished in the dryer.

I challenge the person below me to do 2 sets of lunges and 2 sets of squats (15 per set).

This is certainly going to keep us all busy for a little while.

Well I don't know if it was considered relaxing - but DD and I did masks last night and it was FUN!

I challenge the person below me to cranking up the radio and dancing like a fool for an ENTIRE song... no slow songs - and you HAVE to move it and look completely rediculous!

I did day 3 of the push up challenge this morning.. I missed a couple of days in there. oops! I'm happy to see that even though there are more push ups per each rep - my max at the end is increasing too.

Oh - AND I'm over 900 miles on the way through the journey across America. My goal is to get another 144 "miles" in by Memorial day. I know that's a low goal - but a goal none-the-less

I'll take you challenge,

1 - I want to lose weight to be healthier
2 - I want to lose weight to make me feel happier in myself
3 - I want to lose weight to have more energy
4 - I want to lose weight to reduce my chance of having the same problems my parents have with there weight related issues.
5 - I want to lose weight to release the sexy in me!!!! lol

OP today too, well actually its 18:15 here and so far I have only eaten 255 kcal so I need to eat something I think!!!

I've had a hectic day interviewing potential new nursing staff, omg how hard is that, i think i was more nervous than them.

whoa... I'll try the 80 oz of h2o, I usually can get my 64 oz, so that's only one extra bottle of water. I've finished 3 of the 5 water bottles it will take to hit that goal today, so I guess I better keep going. I usually have a diet soda with dinner, but I could just skip that. We're having spot storms over here around Charlotte, anything I want to watch on TV is blocked by weather watches. However it's sunny in my neighborhood. I think I'll go putter around in my vegetable garden. I hope everyone is doing well today.

I challenge the person below me to do 2 sets of 15 pushups (regular, mod, wall, your choice).
