WELCOME TO THE: "WEEKLY BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE"


Heres what it is ~regardless of your normal weigh in day~Weigh yourself every Monday if you want to join. On Monday 3/23/09 we weigh in and post it....Whoever loses the most weight wins and starts challenge #8 the next day, Tuesday 3/31/09 so we can see who the winner was....And so on.
Whoever loses the most weight starts the new thread each week...

Hi girls,
thanx for adding me in this challenge hope i loose at least 3 lbs this week .Good luck for all of you.
today i'm really glad i walked 4.5 kms on the treadmill i don't know how much it is in miles cuz the meter can say but i really felt awesome afterwards.
So far i'm doing good with the diet.

Hopefully this week will be a good week, I'm already down 1 lb., so I just have to be super OP so I can keep losing and not gain it back.

I would like to join up for week 8. Who do I report my starting weight to?? The winner of the current week or??

Next Tuesday the winner will start a new thread and you just post it on there and whoever it is, will add you to the list.


I don't know if I am going to do it next week, cause I am switching from nutrisystem to weight watchers this weekend and I don't know how it will affect my weigh in.

Hey Newlywed I have been on weight watchers for just a little over 9 weeks now. Let me know if you need any info on the program. Are you going to the meetings or doing it at home?
