My Pledge
Ok, I have to say this to someone else, or It won't stick.
I pledge not to go hog wild tonight when having dinner with the girls. I will not use this weekend as an excuse to eat whatever I want, promising to start back Monday. I will use it as an opportunity to try new, healthy meals since I have more time. I will finally pull out the bike I bought weeks ago (weather permiting) and get my butt on it. Weekends will no longer be my downfall!!!!! Ok, I'm done. :) Hope you all have a great weekend! |

I'm back on the bandwagon again :carrot: These five pound challenges are great motivators for me and they keep me honest. I know this challenge is almost over (someone has to hit 5 pounds soon!) but I'll join now anyway and keep myself honest over the weekend!
