Tamara - I haven't had fast food (like McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell) since November and I feel amazing. I don't think we need to eat stuff like that! I'd rather have a nice juicy burger that wouldn't make me feel disgusting like fast food does!

Morning!

I inched down just a bit on the scale this morning. I should check back and see about that. I wonder if I complain every Monday and Tuesday and drop on Wednesday It's probably noncompliance on the weekends more than some odd vagarity of physics.

It's a kind of odd blessing when junk food makes you feel awful. All we need to do is remember that before we try it again.

Yup, today is the day I'm going to get my elliptical. And no I didn't get the diningroom cleared out. I can do that while my guys but the machine together.

I am doing well with plan and kicking b-u-t-t in the gym! I got on the scale yesterday and seemed to be down a bit.

Yeah fastfood kills me everytime! I feel sluggish and bloated when I dare to venture near it

If complaining helps I shoud be a rail...hahah lol

Good morning!

I am happy to report that the decimals are being very good to me and I soon can change that thing over there <<<<

My elliptical is in the diningroom partially assembled. Everybody was busy last evening so we didn't get it finished. But it's exciting anyway.

SusanB - enjoy your elliptical! It's my fav piece of equipment at the gym!

CakeBatter - way to go with the 5K!

I haven't had fast food (McD's, Wendy's etc...) since last October! However, once in awhile DH and I go to this restaurant that serves gourmet burgers....it's call "The Works" and it's in Canada only...that's what I consider fast food now and I never eat beef there, always a turkey burger. It's my treat once in awhile!

Mornin' ladies. Day #2 back on track. I'm feeling good. I weighed myself this morning and it said 203. Not too bad for not being OP for a week, plus TOM isn't gone yet. Little damage was done and I'm happy about that. I've been talking a lot about eating more fruits and vegetables. At that time it has only been talk....But I finally am eating more fruits and vegetables! Now I just have to get into the exercise habit.

By the time I got home from work last night, my elliptical was all put together. Too bad I indulged a little in some goodies at work. It was a coworkers last shift. Oh well ... now ... my exercise ticker will move!

I'm back! I had some trouble accessing the site (which seems to be fixed) and went on vacation in Florida (yay!) and am now attempting to get back on track. I may not make my initial goal but I am going to try to make SOME improvement.
Everyone is doing great! I'm back OP and am starting a body for life 12 week challenge on Monday. Can't wait to get started!
You guys RAWK.

Fell off the wagon today. Man. I am starting to get mad at myself....but I went shopping today and found out I am now a large shirt. My XL shirts I bought were oddly baggy. My size 16s are getting loose too. So I tried on a size 14. They were tight, but ALMOST good enough to button. I didn't buy them since I can rock the 16s for another 5ish pounds or so.

I also tried on a skirt! EEEE!

It was a size 16 and didn't fit good around my waist (too big). But it's an incentive to get my tush to the gym and work off those inches!

All in all, I like that skirt! But you do need one that sits nice on your waist.

We could make that a weekend challenge! Move! Both days.

Hey WormWoodDoll, looking good! Are you in Old Navy? What are your tattoos of? I love tattoos! Too bad I bout passed out when I got mine! LOL!

So being in the 180s wasn't a fluke. I'm still in the 180s and another pound down. I was dreading weighing because I didn't have much of an appetite yesterday. I ate a FF yogurt, 1 slice wheat toast, 1 cup Fiber One Raisin Bran cereal w/ 1 cup 1%milk, a couple of unsalted crackers, about 2 bottles of water and a Healthy Choice Cafe Steamer for dinner at like 830pm. I just knew I was going to be up (in lbs.) this morning, but I wasn't.

Now I'm off to enjoy the rest of my Saturday. You ladies do the same!

Wormwood doll - you look fantastic! I pegged that for an old navy skirt as well (today I'm wearing an old navy shirt and old navy jeans lol). You are so close to onederland! I can't wait until I'm there, too!
Today I went out to breakfast with my lady and our best couple friends after the manicure this morning. It was sort of heavy so I'm planning to eat well the rest of the day to compensate. Also going to get in some exercise.
I am *so* in for the weekend challenge!
