Good Evening Girls. I survived my very first 5k and finished in 36:50. I haven't done everything exactly perfect with eating but I stayed in point range so alls well i guess. I hope everyone's weekend was awesome! This is the start of a new week YAY!
I didn't get any gym time in this past week. My achilles heel is sore, however DH and I did do a lot of house chores and little renos this weekend. We were on the GO ALL weekend!
Gonna hit the gym again on Wednesday after work. Stickin' to the plan of walking the puppy every night! I'm still at the same weight, but that's b/c I keep having treats... ...gotta get myself over the hump of craving all the sugary crap!
Good morning ladies! I'm in the 180s (189 to be exact)! only 21 lbs to have a "normal" BMI for my height. I still hoping to reach 150, but 168 will be good too! I haven't been in the 160s in a llllooooonnnnnggggg time, so I'll take it!

TOMORROW WILL BE A NEW DAY. I am ready to get back on the wagon. I noticed it's hard when I don't do my planning ahead. Shame on me! I have my food plan all ready to go for the next two weeks. Let's do this! I won't be weighing until next week, though, since TOM is here also.
I think I've finagled tomorrow off so that I can go get my elliptical. I should clear some stuff out of the diningroom today before I go to work. I'm determined that it will be all right sitting in there. Just because we have a small house doesn't mean I can't be fit.
Ha! So I thought I would be cute yesterday... I started off eating well, spending time cleaning, and just having a good OP day. Then I decide to eat snacks at the movie theatre and have fast food. My stomach is pissed with me today! Looks like I'm really cutting out fast food. Gotta get this weight off, and stop being bloated from fatty food and soda. Ugh.
