Good morning ladies! I'm down another pound today. Already got my 30 minute walk in with the pup. Going to be running errands all day and possible cosmic bowling tonight. Knee is doing much better. Everyone have a great day!

Good Evening Girls. I survived my very first 5k and finished in 36:50. I haven't done everything exactly perfect with eating but I stayed in point range so alls well i guess. I hope everyone's weekend was awesome! This is the start of a new week YAY!

Hello Ladies.

Sorry I've been MIA, this weeks been pretty rough. TOM and horrible migraines all week. Eating has been ok, but no exercise.

I've got nothing new. I had kids home yesterday so I didn't do any exercise. But eating was OK.

I'm really tired of hovering and would like a drop on the scale.

I didn't get any gym time in this past week. My achilles heel is sore, however DH and I did do a lot of house chores and little renos this weekend. We were on the GO ALL weekend!

Gonna hit the gym again on Wednesday after work. Stickin' to the plan of walking the puppy every night! I'm still at the same weight, but that's b/c I keep having treats... ...gotta get myself over the hump of craving all the sugary crap!

Susan - I be it is great to workout on the Wii Fit. WIsh I had one muhself plus you haev the elliptical coming right??

Wifey - Getting over sugar is hard but we know you can do it. Sorry about your injury but WTG with sticking your Plan B!

Aimee - I get migraines too. ANd when they come the World stops ....seriously. Glad you are feeling better

Good morning ladies! I'm in the 180s (189 to be exact)! only 21 lbs to have a "normal" BMI for my height. I still hoping to reach 150, but 168 will be good too! I haven't been in the 160s in a llllooooonnnnnggggg time, so I'll take it!

Susan, you are right. I should come here when I am doing badly. It just pro-longed until today.

TOMORROW WILL BE A NEW DAY. I am ready to get back on the wagon. I noticed it's hard when I don't do my planning ahead. Shame on me! I have my food plan all ready to go for the next two weeks. Let's do this! I won't be weighing until next week, though, since TOM is here also.

I think I've finagled tomorrow off so that I can go get my elliptical. I should clear some stuff out of the diningroom today before I go to work. I'm determined that it will be all right sitting in there. Just because we have a small house doesn't mean I can't be fit.

My puppy loves his walks and we had beautiful weather yesterday...not so much today though...gawd I hate the rain!

Ha! So I thought I would be cute yesterday... I started off eating well, spending time cleaning, and just having a good OP day. Then I decide to eat snacks at the movie theatre and have fast food. My stomach is pissed with me today! Looks like I'm really cutting out fast food. Gotta get this weight off, and stop being bloated from fatty food and soda. Ugh.
