I weighed in today at 174.6, lost one pound. I was down even more 2 days ago, but then I had some alcohol :( The good thing is I hardly ever drink, but I went to Bourbon with friends and couldn't resist a handgrenade lol

the thing is,he lives across the street, so hes here alot and we told him to always just knock and walk in.... we're always downstairs and cant hear the door.... he yells when he comes in now... and then yells again when he is coming down the stairs lmao..... i talked to him about it today... he couldnt look me in the eyes :lol3: its funny now, but im still embarrrassed lol
